Orders, Cancellations & Returns

1. General

The orders, cancellation, and returns policy on this site is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010. Placing an order on the site constitutes the customer's agreement to the terms detailed below.

2. Cancellation of Custom-Made Products (3D Prints)

Under the Consumer Protection Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to "goods manufactured specifically for the consumer as a result of the transaction". Therefore:

  • Print-on-demand: Products printed in 3D specifically for you – whether based on a model you provided, or according to colors, sizes, or personalizations you requested – cannot be cancelled or refunded once the production and printing process has actually begun.
  • Cancellation before production begins: If you request to cancel the order before printing has begun, the transaction will be cancelled. However, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, we are entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.

3. Cancellation of Stock Products

If you purchased a finished product from existing stock offered on the site (a product not manufactured, printed, or customized specifically for you):

  • The transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later.
  • The cancellation will be approved only if the product is returned to us intact, in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • In the case of a cancellation not due to a product defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS will be charged, whichever is lower. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

4. The Nature of 3D Printing and Defective Products

We invest great effort to ensure that every product we produce is of the highest quality and to the customer's satisfaction. However, the following production characteristics should be taken into account:

  • 3D printing technology characteristics: Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, which builds the product layer by layer. As a result, the finish is not "100% smooth" like industrial plastic products (injection moulding). Natural signs of the production process may appear, such as fine layer lines, seams, or slight roughness on certain surfaces.
  • No grounds for cancellation due to natural finish: These characteristics are an integral part of 3D printing and do not constitute a product defect. No credit, compensation, or refund will be given for complaints about the level of finish resulting from these natural technological characteristics.
  • Handling material defects: In the case of a broken product, structurally defective (e.g. due to shipping), or materially different from the ordered specifications, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product with a clear photo. We exercise careful and professional judgment for each inquiry individually. If a material defect under our responsibility is found, we will arrange a reprint and delivery of a replacement product, or a monetary credit, at our discretion.
